Orders remain in 'Processing' status until they ship. E-mail notices are sent each time there is a status change. Stock is not guaranteed because of the high turn over of parts and prices are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Legacy Sound Service uses United States Postal Service (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments. Orders usually ship in 3 to 5 business days, unless backordered. We do not ship partial orders (because of stock limitations or backorders) due to the associated extra costs involved. Make sure your order is correct when you submit it. Orders cannot be added to or amended after being finalized. There is a 15% administrative fee on all cancelled orders.

 There is a $50.00 administrative fee for all credit card chargeback reversals and $70.00 administrative fee for all returned checks.
